Effective Telephoning in English

2 – day WORKSHOP

Required level: Logik Sprachtraining placement test – minimum 25 points

The goal of this seminar/workshop is to develop competence and confidence in telephoning in English. With the support of video clips the course shows the skill of how to make and receive calls effectively.

The participant receives practical “preparation sheets“ for making and receiving calls in English and practice through various role plays taped on a Dictaphone and then analysed.

The participant receives intensive documentation with useful tips and phrases.
